No one should have to pay for parts that don't fix the problem or listen to tall tales about how your appliance can't be repaired. If parts are still available, it can be repaired and usually for less than you were led to believe.

Honesty and Fairness are more important to us than profits, as is treating our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves. Honor and Integrity are qualities we greatly value.

We are a company that truly cares about everyone we work for and will always do our best to solve everyone's problems. If I hadn't started working with my father, Richard Murphy, in the appliance business, I most likely would have gone into a field in medicine.

Helping people with all their problems is what I have always been passionate about. I have spent decades acquiring the knowledge I currently possess and only hope that I can continue to learn even more. Being able to fix that which is broken is truly a gift that has blessed me with the ability to help people in so many ways and in return given me so much joy from just being able to do so.

I thank everyone for the great honor that has been bestowed upon us through the trust you have placed in us to fix all that is broken and restore it all to the grandeur it once knew, knowing that it will be repaired correctly and that we will stand behind all of the work that we do.
